滑雪

昨天(4月6日)是本赛季最后一次滑雪,MC雪场两侧的石头已经露了出来,温度太高画起来出汗不舒服。

存在的一些问题与练习方法:

1、衣服,没有合适的排汗内衣(outlet),抓绒衣,要才有多层穿法。
2、护具,要买护臀(国内淘宝)、头盔(thelasthunt)。
3、stepping and skating 在平地上练习,一只脚在板上。
4、glide 绿道练习,为上chairlift准备,方向脚固定。
5、garland,J turn,先放直板(glide),再toe side,重复做glide。heel side换不到toe side,需要重复练习这个动作,可以先一只脚固定。
6、turn,heel side与toe side互换,绿道。

再买一双鞋。

要买东西:鞋、头盔、排汗内衣、护臀。

头盔可以在thelasthunt上买,配合买个鸟的S号mid layer coats,可以免运费。

下次滑雪集中练习toe side的J turn,only bind with front foot, practice toe side J turn, including:
1. sit on the snow with just your foot strapped in, stand up and quickly turn your board downhill into a J-turn.
2. start squatting down then rise up into a J turn,
3. hop then do a J-turn
4. raise and lower your back leg a couple of times while doing a J-turn.

文章不建议扭动身体,双手自然下垂,像滑板施加压力,Next time you’re out riding, stop on your heel edge. Try and push your front knee to the farthest corner of your toe edge. You’ll find that the board will start to drop for the turn without you having to do anything else. Try to relax and not rush the turn. Your front shoulder will drop naturally as you flex your front knee. Go with the movement and resist the urge to force the board around.



Counter Rotating: A horrendous issue with self taught snowboarders, is that they often counter rotate their upper body and lower body to turn. If you feel you have to huck a turn, or your body is often out of alignment when turning, you're doing it all wrong! Counter rotation has a place in snowboarding; for stopping, burning speed and for various park tricks, but it should not seep into your normal riding! Keep everything (head, shoulders, hips, knees and board) aligned as much as possible when turning and your technique and skills will improve outa' sight! (身体不可以扭动)

练习方法:只固定一只脚的toe/heel turn,4种练习方式,小弯急停(应对陡坡)、大弯慢停(找刃的感觉)。先在绿道练习,然后去蓝道。

进阶知识:

1. keep your weight centered on the board.
2. 回山,划出微笑
3. C型搓雪转弯,先不动身体,用脚力感受板的运动,脚用巧力,身体追随板动。不动身体,不动手臂,感受因为脚发力,板的运动轨迹。过度把重心压在前脚,反而失去平衡,把重心保持在板中心位置。动身体,或移动重心属进阶内容,基本功练扎实前不宜。
4. 后刃换前刃时先放直板,不着急大斜度减速(失败的关键),着急大幅度倾斜板,从而减速,导致换刃失败。
5. S型走刃转弯, 减少不必要的姿势,可以使用基本直立的方式,注意保持双脚重心平衡、不要顶胯.
