Hey guys, Kevin here, in this video, I've got 10 tips for improving your intermediate turns. With these tips, you'll be able to ride more aggressively and have more confidence on steep terrain. When I watch someone ride, I start at the bottom and work my way to the top, so I'll give you these tips in the same order. For more advanced riding, you want to use your ankles to get your board on edge early in the turn. With your board on edge, you can spray snow to control your speed and steer quickly into the next turn. In this clip, I'm putting my board on edge enough, so you can clearly see the graphic on the base of my board. Using your knees is very important for advanced riding in many ways. Use your knees to alternate pressure on your board throughout the turn. Pressure your front foot to start the turn, and take the pressure off your back foot to bring your tail around as you go through the turn. Pressure your back foot more to spray snow and control your speed. You also use your knees to aggressively steer your board. Your board will steer in the direction you point your knees. I find it easier to use my knees to steer with a narrower stance. Turn your knees in for the toe turn, and turn your knees out for the heel turn. You finally use your knees to absorb any pressure that builds on your board, bending your knees more as you go around a turn and standing up taller when you change edges. Use your hips to keep your weight centered over your board, on your toe turn, push your hips forward with your back straight to keep your weight centered. On your heel turn, bend at your hips like you're sitting in a chair. If you keep your body straight on your heel turn, there would be too much weight over your heel edge, and your board would slide out. You steer your board with both your upper and lower body, so keep your core stiff, so these two parts work together. Anticipate each turn with your front arm and shoulder, as you come to the end of your heel turn, start to anticipate the turn by first moving your arm and shoulder toward your toe edge, by anticipating the turn with your upper body first, your lower body will naturally follow. Your backhand also helps to steer your board and keep you balanced on your toe turn, keep your backhand over the tail of your snowboard, this will help you to steer faster on steep runs, and will keep your body Square to your board.

总结:1、膝盖内扣与外张,toe turn膝盖要内扣。
          2、换刃时立身?小回转时没这个动作,不考虑。
          3、toe turn时要顶胯直背,保持重心不离板,重心出板再往前摔倒。
